What TuftPlan Stores

TuftPlan stores your rug projects, project images, estimate settings, and calibration details locally on your device so you can plan your work offline. TuftPlan does not require an account, does not use a backend service, and does not sync your projects to the cloud.

Photos and Camera

If you choose to add a design image, TuftPlan may ask for access to your photo library or camera. Images are used only inside the app to help you create estimates and project records.

Analytics

TuftPlan uses Amplitude for basic product analytics. Analytics events may include first open/install, app opens, screen views, and button taps, plus app version, build number, platform, and a randomly generated analytics device/session identifier.

TuftPlan does not send project names, images, notes, colour choices, dimensions, costs, pricing inputs, or rug design content to Amplitude. Analytics is used only to improve product quality and understand app usage; it is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

Data Collection

TuftPlan does not sell personal data and does not include advertising SDKs, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete projects from inside TuftPlan. You can also remove all local app data by deleting the app from your device.
